Eduardo A. Angeles

Eddie is a Senior Assistant City Attorney of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. He is currently assigned to the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, supervising the construction, contract, procurement, real estate and revenue source practice group. Eddie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He served as PABA’s President for 2006-2007. In 2002, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association named Eddie one of its “Best Lawyers Under 40.”
Allison Aquino

Allison Aquino is the Senior Partner at Aquino & Loew, A Professional Law Corporation. The firm specializes in all matters related to the United States immigration and nationality laws, such as employment-based visas, family-based visas, and defense of individuals in removal proceedings. Allison is certified as an Immigration Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. She served as President of PABA for 2004-2005, and has served on the PABA Board since 2000. Allison is also serves as a Board of Director for the Filipino American Service Group, Inc. (FASGI) and Advisory Committee Member for the Filipino Migrant Center. Allison authors bi-weekly immigration articles in several newspapers, and regularly appears on Kababayan LA as an immigration law expert.
Rhonel T. Aquino

Ron served as PABA’s president for 2001-2002. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School. While in law school, Ron was a member of the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. Ron specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law. In addition to being a Judge Pro Tem, he has served in the arbitration panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court for many years.

Angeli is a Senior Associate in the Labor & Employment Group, handling matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, disability, harassment, retaliation, trade secrets and contracts, with experience defending class actions and managing complex litigation. Angeli received her B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of California, Los Angeles, and served as PABA’s President for 2010-2011.
Benjamin J. Hofileña, Jr.

Ben was the President of PABA for 2007-2008. He is currently a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Department of the international law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He attained his B.S. at the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
Toni J. Jaramilla
Toni Jaramilla, A Professional Law Corporation
Toni has over 17 years of experience practicing exclusively employment law. She has litigated hundreds of claims of discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, wrongful termination, and unpaid overtime wages resulting in millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. Toni served as President of PABA for 1998-1999. She is currently the Chair of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), was the 2010 recipient of CELA’s “Joe Posner Award,” and has received other recognitions and awards conferred by her peers. Toni was one of a select few attorneys invited to speak before the delegates of the Human Rights Commission of Korea. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree from Whittier Law School.
Darren A. Manibog

Darren is a third-generation lawyer who focuses primarily on catastrophic injury litigation. He has successfully handled thousands of major injury cases, including numerous civil trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlements. He served as President of PABA for 2003-2004 and is active in the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He was also a co-founder and member of the organizing committee for the First Annual California Filipino American Layers Conference, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) from 2005-2006. Darren received his B.A. from University of Southern California and his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Francisco (Kiko) Ochoa

Francisco (Kiko) Ochoa defends and counsels companies in all types of employment disputes as a member of the Employment & Labor group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. He has particular experience defending wage and hour class actions. Kiko is a reserve officer in the United States Air Force, a past President of PABA (2008-2009), and a current member of the PABA Advisory Board.
Corinne D. Orquiola, Chair of the Board

Corinne joined Seki, Nishimura & Watase, LLP in 2011 as an experienced litigator practicing before federal and California state courts. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of thte Law, and thereafter started her career in civil practice, handling cases from medical malpractice to toxic tort. Outside of the office, Corinne serves on the California Young Lawyers Association (CYLA) of the California State Bar and the Asian Pacific Women’s Center. She is the immediate past president (2011) of PABA.

Greg is the owner of the Law Firm of Drasin, Yee & Santiago. He served as PABA’s President for 2000-2001 and has also been on the Board of Directors of the Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) since 1995. Greg received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
